- thank you for taking the time to consider commissioning me! I create art to the best of my abilities and I will never compromise quality for speed.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
- by commissioning me and upon receipt of payment, you agree to the following:
I WILL DRAW:
most animals/species (feral or anthro), light/themed gore, and gifts for others.__ I WILL NOT DRAW:__
complicated machinery, extreme gore, any copyrighted characters, humans, or generally offensive/hateful themes. Certain drug paraphernalia: cigars, cigarettes, liquor, marijuana themes are okay. I’m more concerned about context than content when substances are involved.__ NSFW:__
I will no longer be accepting NSFW commissions from the general public. I will only draw NSFW for friends that are verified 18+. Your name on ID must match name on your payment method. (I will not draw animal genitalia.)

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
I accept payment upfront via PayPal invoice and all transactions are final.
Paypal invoices must be paid within 24 hours of sending or the commission slot will be forfeited. Sales tax in accordance to law will be added to the invoice in addition to the base cost.
I do not accept cancellations and therefore do not offer refunds under any circumstance. However I do reserve the right to cancel an accepted commission for any reason, in which case a full refund will be issued. Such circumstances are to be handled on a case by case basis.TURN AROUND
Completion time varies based on my current Trello queue. It is kept up to date including WIP pics!
IN GENERAL: I like to quote 2-3 weeks as Turn Around Time. If I miss a quote, you will receive a free artistic liberty chibi. I don’t really complete slots on a first come, first served basis. I enjoy my freedom to bounce around between projects as I work. Checking trello is the best way to get updates! I keep my trello updated EVERY time I draw, which is typically daily.DELAYS
I’m an adult and I take my art commissions/customer service extremely seriously. I’m a full time nurse in the real world and I treat this as a second job. I do everything in my power to avoid delays and only accept slots when I feel I can manage an appropriate work/life/drawing balance. However, I always communicate unforeseen delays thru my Instagram story. (Such as sickness, unplanned travel, emergencies, or extreme stress.)
If any delay is excessive (I surpass any quoted time frame.) I will reach out to commissioners individually! I am always happy to make accommodations, upgrade a piece for free, or offer some kind of free art as a thank you for your patience and understanding.RUSH ORDERS
I do not like to accept rush orders but I am willing to work with certain deadlines such as anniversaries/birthdays. Please just ask! Any deadline less than a week away will incur an additional fee.TRADITIONAL BADGES
I ship my badges as standard flat/letter in cardboard photo envelopes. Tracking is NOT included with the free domestic/international shipping included with badge purchase. I am willing to provide tracking upon request and the difference will be paid by the commissioner.If we suspect a badge has gone missing during shipping: I will make you an identical replacement free of charge and provide tracking on the second attempt. (This means NO CHANGES from the original to prevent “lost” scams)IF LOST: I include a message “free art reward if badge is lost and returned!” On the back of all my badges with my signature/socials. If your badge is returned directly to you, please tell the finder to reach out to me! I will verify with both parties what happened, and then make them an artistic liberty gift. But if your badge is lost and NOT returned: I will make you an identical replacement at half price ONCE.SAVE YOUR ART
After an artwork has been completed and given to you, it is your responsibility to save the file. I do not save all my art files forever, therefore I will not offer any refund related to a lost file. You may download full sized images from Trello. I do not distribute my layered Procreate files. My standard save format is .PNG but I will provide other formats if requested and available.RIGHTS TO MY ARTWORK:
The artwork itself belongs to me - you may not remove my signature. I may use the artwork for personal advertisement or galleries unless the commissioner explicitly asks otherwise prior to the completion of the art piece. You may post the artwork to your own galleries with credit! I do ask that you wait to repost to your account until I have first posted to mine.IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED
Please contact me privately so we can discuss a solution. Minor edits are free and major edits will incur additional fees, these are outlined below. I will not complete a “do over” after the initial sketch is approved. I will not offer a refund simply because “you do not like it” or “it’s not what you wanted.” Regardless of your satisfaction, YOU chose to commission me and I would have put in several hours of work for you. I want to provide every customer with something they will love and my safeguard against dissatisfaction is sending sketches/wips for approval.
- minor: minor edits are free and include things such as a missing marking or accessory. Or if I forgot a small detail.
- major: $5 per major change. These include any changes to the line art after sketch approval or any changes/do overs of a painted background.
